WEDNESDAY Nov. 4: Continuing Education Open House and workshop presentation by Dahlia Smith, LCSW “Making Confident Career Choices.” At the Continuing Education building on campus. The first 50 people to arrive will get a FREE CU water bottle! Other fabulous prizes will be raffled! Everyone is welcome! Open House from 4 PM-6:30 PM, workshop will start at 4:30 PM. THURSDAY Nov. 5: Counseling and Psychological Services here at CU offers several groups and workshops on topics ranging from mindfulness-based stress relief, body image, holistic wellness and more. This Thursday check out Dynamic Choices, a group designed to help you live in alignment with your values. 3:30PM, Willard 101.
