NOVEMBER 2-6 is ADULT STUDENT AWARENESS WEEK! Join us for a week’s worth of events including;

TODAY! Adult Students at CU: Barriers and Benefits, a panel presentation offered as part of the Summit on Diversity and Inclusion. Monday, November 2, 4 PM, UMC 382.

WEDNESDAY Nov. 4: Continuing Education Open House and workshop presentation by Dahlia Smith, LCSW “Making Confident Career Choices.” At the Continuing Education building on campus. The first 50 people to arrive will get a FREE CU water bottle! Other fabulous prizes will be raffled! Everyone is welcome! Open House from 4 PM-6:30 PM, workshop will start at 4:30 PM. THURSDAY Nov. 5: Counseling and Psychological Services here at CU offers several groups and workshops on topics ranging from mindfulness-based stress relief, body image, holistic wellness and more. Visit their website for full details. Have you arrived at a place in your life where things are no longer working for you? Have you acquired habitual behaviors that don’t serve you? This Thursday check out Dynamic Choices, a group designed to help you live in alignment with your values. 3:30PM, Willard 101.

FRIDAY Nov. 6:  International Coffee Hour. Join fellow CU students, staff, and faculty for great conversation and free refreshments. Starts at 4PM, in the UMC grill across from Baby Does.
