Online courses are conducted through the Internet.
Most of your interactions with the instructor and other students will be online, though a few courses require some items to be sent to the instructor via the United States Postal Service.
The content is organized into learning modules. The learning modules have been prepared by the instructor to guide you through the course. Each course is unique and may contain any combination of assignments including reading, writing, online quizzes, and discussions. Many courses require proctored examinations.
