Some courses are restricted to students within a specific major or class standing. Nondegree students wishing to enroll must first request a Special Action Form from the appropriate department to override the restriction (see ACCESS Academic Calendar for registration dates). Bring a Special action Form signed by the instructor or the department to Continuing Education registration. The instructor or department may also e-mail Carol Drake at carol.drake@colorado.edu with instructions on your registration.
Some upper division and most graduate level courses have restrictions or prerequisites. If you have a question about whether a course has a restriction or prerequisite, please call 303-492-8252 to speak with an academic advisor.
Please note that BCOR (business core) classes are restricted to major students only during the fall and spring semesters. Many graduate classes require permission of the instructor to enroll. To enroll in Engineering Management (EMEN) or Telecommunications (TLEN) classes, contact the Center for Advanced Engineering and Technology Education (CAETE) at 303-492-2600.
